The Sacred Energy Shop Return Policy
At The Sacred Energy Shop, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
- Custom or personalized items, including made-to-order products, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items marked as “final sale.”
Steps for Returning Items
- Contact Us: Email us at iam@thesacredenergyshop.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
